Me: What about Rapha?
Matt: Rapha isn't a startup.
Me: Wait, what the fuck is a startup, then?
Matt: It's a company in search of a business model.
Me: [Chuckle]
Matt: People think it's a company that has yet to make it into the mainstream.
Me: [Chuckle]
Matt: It's a company that isn't making money.
Matt: It's a company that is making money but not in the way they think they should be making money.
